OK International Inc. has launched MRS-1000 The new generation SMT Rework system that provides the top end Rework capability for all kind of SMT components, This product has been adjudged as the best new product in the Soldering Equipment Categoy. The MRS-1000 modular rework system is designed to simplify the removal and placement of BGA/CSP and SMT components. By integrating advanced rework technologies, it is an extremely versatile system. Comprising a programmable convection tool with a wide array of nozzles, preheater, adjustable tool holder and light magnifier. Capable of handling multiple sizes of PCBs, this manually-assisted rework system is equipped to process components up to 40mm x 40mm. Various test devices and inspection equipment have been developed to meet the test requirements for Cell and Module process in Solar Cell Testing. First, the I-V Tester measures the conversion efficiency of a cell by dividing it. Next, the Automatic Optical Inspector identifies the cell color and printing defects on the face and back and last a Solar Cell Sorter conducts the sorting. Furthermore, the system inverter has to control the current flow and calculate the back current besides converting DC to AC when the PV system is assembling. Chroma AC/DC power supply and electronic load can simulate and test the output electricity to assure it's quality.
